This time I didn’t have to fight off a pint-sized killer dog, rather some mental fatigue. I had dozed off on the couch (ha couch!) 5 minutes before forcing myself out the door. I fought all the way through. It wasn’t physically exhausting, but I really didn’t want to be out jogging. I’m glad I fought off the fatigue. Feels good to overcome that. The physical part is coming together. My legs feel fresh. I wasn’t too too too out of breath. I should note that prior to starting this I had been walking about 3 miles a night. I NEED to take a test drive at the track this weekend. I thought I’d like running the streets, but I hate it.
