Easily distracted. That’s what I am. I broke my phone earlier in the day. That was on my mind. My throat was starting to feel scratchy. That was on my mind. It was very humid. That was on my mind. And to top it off, I had borrowed my wife’s phone to use the C25K app, but I forgot to turn off silent mode, so I had to fumble around with the phone. Another discraction. All in all it wasn’t a bad run, but… My hip is bothering me a bit and the throat is more scratchy. I’m going to force myself to wait until I’m 100% (throat/cold and hip) before tackling day 3, even if I go over a week.
