I’ve gotten my wind back. I feel great when I run now. I can probably start pushing the pace. No more feeling too out of breath. It’s still a work in progress, don’t get me wrong. I’m just super happy now that I feel so fluid.
I did up the pace a little on the 5 minute portions. I finished inches shy of 1/2 mile, so I was happy with that.
I did make the mistake of running too soon after eating though. I’m not sure what the rule of thumb is, but I need over 2 hours. I did wait about an hour and a half, but felt the jiggling of food in my stomach when running. Burping up some of TOs Cereal is not my idea of fun. I guess it could be worse though.
Week 5 is the first week that mixes it up a little. I can’t wait to tackle it.
